A pre-wedding shoot gives couples the chance to relax in front of the camera before the wedding-day rush begins — no ceremony schedule to keep, no guests to manage, just the two of you and the location. Aakriti Studio Nepal shoots pre-wedding sessions across the Kathmandu Valley's most photogenic spots: Nagarkot for sunrise views over the mountains, Patan Durbar Square for heritage architecture and warm evening light, and a handful of quieter garden and riverside locations depending on the season and your style preference.Because we've been shooting these locations for 18 years, we already know what time of day each spot photographs best, where the crowds are lightest, and how to plan a session so you're not standing around waiting for good light — we get there ahead of it. Sessions typically run 2 to 3 hours, cover one or two locations, and support up to two outfit changes.Post-wedding sessions follow the same format, whether you're after honeymoon-style portraits or simply want more relaxed photos once the wedding-day chaos has settled. Every session includes a fully edited digital gallery, and a short cinematic reel can be added for couples who also want video.Destination pre-wedding shoots outside Kathmandu Valley — including Pokhara — are available with travel charges applied based on location.
